Horrific. After placing the order online, estimated delivery was 17:05 (local and 5 minutes down the road). Delivery driver in hoodie buzzed the flat where I live on video feed and I released the door for him to enter. 5 minutes later nobody had arrived. He called and asked me to leave my flat to collect the order! at the end of the street. I explained that I was housebound disabled hence delivery. I called PARS to ask what on earth was going on! 3 times I called and was hung-up on the phone half way through trying to explain by the manager he claimed he was. Another 10 minutes passed and no delivery. Another 10 minutes and still no delivery. Eventually the delivery driver knocked the door 40 minutes later after he initially arrived, out of breath, saying that the lifts were not working and dumped a bag. I held my hands up saying 'what the heck is going on' and he walked off. On the doorstep I said 'it's stone cold' and he walked away flipping me off to get back in the lift 'that opened' that he said wasn't working! I closed my door. The food was stone cold, messed with, horrific and inedible. I microwaved it for 30 seconds to warm and the smell was awful. The meat was nothing like a Doner Kebab or a Chicken Kebab. It smelt like meat gone off from days ago. So hungry I tried a little and spent 18 hours in bed sick. It was disgusting. No sauces, just a mush mess from yesterdays service smelling not quite right and dangerous. It all went in the bin and and my bank is investigating a reversal of the cost. Avoid at all costs and if hungry use mainstream Burger King, McDonalds or KFC etc.

Absolutely terrible 2 x extra large pizzas and 2 large fries , £36 and a went into the bin due to the pizza base not being cooked at all , it was dough . No toppings ontop which was supposed to be double pepperoni and special pizza . Will never order again . Not even worth 1 star .

Been ordering from here on quite a regular basis for some time and rarely had any complaints but this order !!!👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼. On delivery both pizza base outer crust were rock hard, and the base itself was like chewing rubber 🤮 Both went in the bin after one slice !!!!!!! Almost like they'd both been reheated several times over 🤮🤮🤮..Very Disappointing Pars Pizza Dudley ... Do Better By Your Regulars !!!!!

Disgusting. Nobody ate it. Not even the dog. Terrible and very disappointing. Did not taste like the Pars I know. Tasted warmed up. The pizza smelled and tasted 'off' the sauce seemed to be mashed up tinned tomatoes. There were lumps that made me gag. The toppings were so sparse I couldn't even taste them. The keba meat was stale and smelled awful. Prices have risen yet quality has plummeted. Only thing remotely edible were the chips. We paid £20 for a small chips!!!!! Never use again. Disgraceful

As I am unable to leave a review for the order I have received tonight 01.07.22, I am having to put it against this order. I have been ordering from this takeaway for 25 years but tonight they have lost my custom for good. Their prices no longer justify the food you receive. I ordered large portions of fries with my food but when the order came was shocked at how small the portions were so much so I called them and asked if they had sent me small to which they said no and that they have smaller portions. I dread to think the size of these. Sorry PARS but you need to give people what they are paying for!
